How do I place an order?
- Through the make it yours page, you can select the items you wish to order and personalise them through the drop down menus
- Alternatively you can WhatsApp our sales assistants through our contact number for any orders you wish to make and we will assist you personally
Do you have a lead time?
Our products are all made to order and skins are visually vetted and sourced for quality before commissioning of work, expect 2-4 weeks of lead time before shipping. Our sales assistants will keep you in the loop.
What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Due to the piece unique nature of our products we do not allow cancellations or refunds after order is placed. If in doubt when ordering contact our sales assistants on WhatsApp for clarifications.
Are modifications to orders possible?
Depending on the stage of the crafting process certain modifications could be possible. Let our sales assistants know on WhatsApp and we will work with you to see what is possible.
Do I need to leave my car keys with you for key fob orders?
No, we only need your car brand, model and release year.
I do not see a design I want, could you commission a design for me?
Yes, we can. We are able to customise every element of the design even down to sizing and thread colour. Send us a message on WhatsApp regarding your design ideas and we will assist you.
Which thread colour should I choose?
